FAME Fest is Dallas’ first experiential fitness festival, bringing together the hottest fitness trends, local artists, and musicians, for a full day of movement. Fitness Ambassadors and the Omni Dallas have partnered to create an unforgettable experience intended to highlight music-driven fitness classes, local musicians, artists and culinary. This festival includes pop up studio classes from the hottest instructors, an interactive vendor market to discover new wellness companies, live art and music, and more.

Interval training combines short bursts of speed with slower, more mind-provoking movements during recovery phases.

Pound Fit

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND is an incredibly effective way of working out.
