Mango Spinach Salad Recipe

Mango Spinach Salad 

Ingredients

• 4 oz | Spinach
• 6 oz | Chicken, Grilled and Sliced
• 1 oz | Feta, Crumbled
• 3 oz | Mango
• 2 oz | Carrot, Ribbons
• Half | Avocado
• 2 oz | Lime Honey Vinaigrette
• As needed | Salt and Pepper

Method & Technique

Place spinach, mango, avocado, carrots and half the chicken in a mixing bowl. Add dressing and seasoning and mix well. Center the salad in the bowl and top with the remaining chicken. Sprinkle the feta over the finished salad.

Lime Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 2 oz | Lime Juice
• 2 tbsp | Honey
• 1 tsp | Dijon Mustard
• .5 tsp | Garlic Powder
• .5 tsp | Cumin
• 1 tsp | Salt and Black Pepper
• 2 oz | Salad Oil

Method & Technique

Combine in a bowl and mix.
