When is the 2025 National Gingerbread House Competition?
The 2025 Annual National Gingerbread House Competition™ will be held on November 17, 2025, with an awards ceremony following in the Grand Ballroom. Competition judging is closed to the public. The awards ceremony is reserved for contestants and their families only.
When is the property open to view the Gingerbread House Display without a reservation?
The official 2025 Gingerbread display begins on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, and will continue through Sunday, January 4, 2026. Guests not staying at the Resort are invited to view the display after 6PM on Sundays or anytime Monday through Thursday, based on parking availability and excluding holidays and the following dates: November 27, December 7, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31 and January 1. All Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for registered resort guests and those that have confirmed dining reservations. During the Gingerbread season, display access is subject to hotel capacity, including pedestrian traffic. Please note that only Registered Resort Pets will be permitted.

All professional photography must be approved prior to the session. At this time, we are unable to approve any professional photography requests for the remainder of 2025 due to occupancy levels. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Are there electric vehicle (EV) chargers available at The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa?
Yes, there are 10 EV charging parking spaces located in one of our outdoor parking lots. Charging can be accessed by self-parking or through valet.

Yes, The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa is a pet friendly hotel for dogs up to 60 lbs. There is a non-refundable fee of $250 per reservation.
