The spa is designed for adult use only (16 years and older).

SPA RESERVATIONS

Spa services at Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas are very popular with our guests. We suggest making appointments at least one day in advance so that we can meet your specific scheduling requests. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior your spa appointment. Cancellations should be made a minimum of 4 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid a full charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you must cancel or reschedule your spa or salon service, please let us know at least 4 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged for the amount of the scheduled services.
