Southern California native Chef Rachele Rechou brings 15 years of culinary mastery and a refined country club pedigree to her role as Executive Chef. Since joining Omni Hotels & Resorts in 2018 as a culinary supervisor, she has risen swiftly through the ranks; earning a reputation for exceptional leadership and a unwavering dedication to excellence.

One of only 4 female executive chefs in the company, Chef Rachele leads with both precision and heart. She cultivates a culture where associates feel valued, supported, and inspired; knowing that a happy team is the cornerstone of unforgettable guest experiences. Her cuisine reflects the same philosophy, marrying vibrant west coast flavors with refined techniques to create dishes that are a visually stunning as they are memorable.
