COVID-19: Modifications to Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate Operations

Thank you for your interest in visiting Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. The resort grounds, golf course, and Sunset Lodge & Suites are open.
As a valued guest of Omni Hotels & Resorts, we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us as your hospitality brand of choice. Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and associates.
With that, we wanted to inform you of our actions and temporary limited service in response to COVID-19, which we’ve outlined below. For your convenience, we will update this page with new and relevant info as it becomes available.
ACTIONS
DURING YOUR STAY:
Rest assured our standard cleaning routines are very thorough; however, during this time, we have increased our efforts throughout each hotel and resort. These actions include, but are not limited to, cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces and frequently touched items in guest rooms and throughout the public spaces of each hotel. We’re providing hand sanitizer stations at front desks, on meeting room levels and in restaurants. We are also ensuring our associates have disposable wipes with them at all times to clean commonly used surfaces like elevator buttons. It’s also important to note that our cleaning materials and supplies meet or exceed industry standards. The focus on cleanliness and sanitation is imperative to our daily operation and has always been a top priority for our properties. These additional measures will work to help ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for our guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY & BOOKING FLEXIBILITY:
We understand flexibility is key during uncertain times and that’s why we’re adjusting our cancellation policies. For reservations with stay dates through April 30, 2020, we are waiving cancellation fees for existing and new individual reservations at all Omni Hotels & Resorts’ properties. In this very fluid environment, we continue to monitor the situation and will revisit this policy as needed. For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (i.e., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please contact them directly. We have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions.

MOKARA SPA AND FITNESS ROOM:

POOL AREAS:
Sunset Lodge & Suites pool remains open at this time. All other pool areas are closed until further notice based on CDC recommendation.
ALL RECREATION:
Closed until further notice based on CDC recommendation.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Housekeeping stayover service, turndown service and dry-cleaning service are not available at this time. However, should you need additional amenities during your stay, please dial the operator and our team of service professionals will happily assist.
GIFT SHOPS:
Closed until further notice based on CDC recommendation.
