This fresh concept features an Italian inspired menu and cocktail program celebrating bold flavors and shared connection. Desert Pearl Bistro Bar and three-meal restaurant will be coming January 2026. While Desert Pearl is under renovation, Double Date will serve as our primary daytime dining option offering breakfast and lunch daily until Desert Pearl opens.
