Check-In/Out
Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by rate and reservation type. Reservations canceled within the applicable cancellation window will incur a charge of one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified. Advance purchase and prepaid reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for full details.
Payment Policies
A valid credit card is required at check-in for room rate, taxes, and incidental charges. The hotel may place a hold on funds to cover estimated charges. Cash and debit payments may require an additional authorization hold. Personal checks are not accepted.
Resort Service Fee
A daily resort service fee may apply and includes enhanced amenities and services. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for full details regarding inclusions and applicable charges.

Parking
Valet parking is available for registered guests and may incur a nightly charge. Parking policies and rates are subject to change.
Food & Beverage Policy
All food and beverages consumed on property must be purchased through the resort. Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted in guestrooms, pool areas, or public spaces unless otherwise approved by management.
Good Night's Rest Policy
To ensure a restful stay for all guests, Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy. Quiet hours are observed throughout the property. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or removal from the property without refund.
Pet Policy
Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita is a pet-friendly hotel. Up to two (2) pets weighing 60 pounds or less each may be registered per guestroom. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 will be applied at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet and additional charges may apply.
Pets must be registered at check-in and wear a designated identifier while on property. Dangerous animals, animals perceived to be threatening, wild animals, or unusual animals are not permitted. The Hotel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or require removal of any animal at any time.
Pets are not permitted in pool areas, fitness center, spa, retail shops, or dining outlets. Pets must be secured in a carrier or removed from the guestroom when Hotel associates are providing service or when left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
A signed pet agreement is required at check-in. Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome and exempt from pet fees and weight limits.
Pool & Beach Policy
Pool and beach areas are reserved exclusively for registered guests. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. Glass containers and outside food or beverages are not permitted in pool or beach areas.
Fitness Center
Access to the fitness center is reserved for registered guests. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Use of fitness equipment is at the guest’s own risk.
Spa Policy
Spa services are subject to availability and advance reservations are recommended. Guests are encouraged to arrive prior to scheduled appointments. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. Spa facilities are reserved for registered guests and may have age restrictions.
Wellness Policy
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is undertaken at the participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or the participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether such injury, loss, or damage occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. By choosing to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant expressly waives any claim of liability for personal or bodily injury, property damage, or loss. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of responsibility for any personal injuries and/or property loss or damage sustained while on Omni’s premises or participating in off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
Smoking Policy
Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita is a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.
Shipping & Receiving
The resort is pleased to accept packages on behalf of registered guests. Handling and storage fees may apply. Please contact the resort prior to shipping items to ensure proper labeling and acceptance.
