Indoor pool at Amelia Island

Located among the shady oaks of Racquet Park, our Health & Fitness Center is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Life Fitness treadmills, cross trainers, stair climbers, upright and recumbent bikes, and strength machines as well as Cybex weight equipment and free weights. All cardio equipment is equipped with 11-inch LCD monitors for your viewing pleasure. Headphones are required for audio output and can either be purchased at the Health & Fitness Center or you may bring your own.

Men’s and women’s locker rooms include steam rooms, saunas, and showers, and come fully stocked with towels and amenities.

Enjoy swimming year-round in our indoor heated lap pool or relax in our brand new co-ed whirlpool. Family swim time is scheduled daily. Yoga classes are also available.

Racquet Park Health & Fitness Center

Located under the shady oaks of Racquet Park, our Health & Fitness Center is fully equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a 20-yard indoor heated lap pool, accessory shop and full service locker rooms.
Fitness classes: $20 per class for Resort Guests

Friday - Sunday: 6 a.m. -  6 p.m.
Closed Wednesday, August 30, 2023.

The Health & Fitness Pool is closed Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.

Our fully-equipped resort fitness center is complimentary and available for use for all our guests 24 hours a day (accessed with your key card). Two Peloton bikes are available at the hotel fitness center.

In-Room Fitness Kits

Get Fit Kits are available at the front desk for in-room use. Get Fit Kits includes stretch bands, mat, 3lb. dumbbells a 5lb. kettle ball and a stress ball.
