Honey Weekend

Located directly behind The Sprouting Project's greenhouse, you'll find our busiest workers. More than 20 colonies of bees produce over a thousand pounds of local, organic honey each year for the resort. Our chefs would like to spotlight the delicious honey we produce on property and share it with you. Each of our resort's restaurants will highlight a dish featuring our honey that will only be available during our Honey Weekend, January 19 - 21, 2024.
