Truffle season is coming, and Omni Amelia Island Resort is going all out spotlighting this decadent delicacy at all of its restaurants and lounges. 

This Truffle Weekend takeover will be celebrated December 13-15, 2024 when adventurous foodies can indulge in a variety of dishes incorporating this flavorful fungi. Reserve a seat at The Sprouting Project dinner, available each night during the weekend and enjoy an artfully crafted, five-course truffle focused dinner. The truffle doesn’t stop there as you can experience a variety of truffle creations offered exclusively during the weekend at many of our restaurants! We highly recommend making reservations in advance to enjoy all the flavors these truffles have to offer.
