Holiday Parking Program

Since its inception in 2013, we have been honored to contribute over $535,000 to not-for-profit partners in Western North Carolina through our Holiday Parking Program. A minimum $25 parking charge will be in effect for all drive-on guests (one charge per standard sized vehicle, based on availability). A portion of each parking charge collected during the holiday season will be returned to the community in support of various local not-for-profits.

PARKING PROCEDURE 

To be considered for an oversized vehicle parking reservation, please submit the appropriate request form; see options below.

Due to limited oversized vehicle parking space, groups with buses, vans or any non-standard size vehicle that does not properly fit in a traditional parking space must make advanced reservations. Oversized vehicles that arrive without prior arrangements will be asked to return once proper arrangements have been made, based on availability.

For liability purposes, vehicles will not be permitted to drop guests off and park outside of the resort. The vehicle must remain on property for the duration of the visit. 

RESERVATION OPTIONS

Groups visiting the hotel with a confirmed dining reservation will be issued an Omni Grove Park Inn parking pass with date and time of arrival. Reservations based on availability. Confirmed dining reservations will require a credit card on file. A no-show fee will be applied to unfulfilled reservations.

Oversized Vehicle Parking - Group Dining Reservation request forms will start being accepted as of July 1, 2020.

Groups with reservations will be issued an Omni Grove Park Inn parking pass with date and time of arrival. Based on availability, limited complimentary parking may be available for groups that qualify. If your group does not fall in this category, parking can be reserved for a bus parking fee.

Submission of an Oversized Vehicle Parking - Gingerbread Display Viewing Only request form will place your group on a wait list to be reviewed September 2020.

The 28th Annual National Gingerbread House Competition™ will be held on November 23, 2020 with an Awards Ceremony in the Grand Ballroom. This Awards Ceremony is reserved exclusively for contestants and family members.
