American Audubon Dining Room offers a classic dining experience with a refined continental cuisine influenced by regional tastes and The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa's culinary heritage. The menu selections in this time-honored style favor crisp, clean flavors prepared in layers that reflect the nature and quality of the fresh ingredients from the resort’s natural surroundings. Seasonal dishes include vine-ripe heirloom tomatoes and burrata cheese, Highland county lamb, freshly prepared lobster bisque, Virginian grass-fed beef, Allegheny mountain trout and Chesapeake crab, as well as favorites like our gold brick sundae.
Enjoy our expansive breakfast buffet which features an omelet, pancake and waffle station, Homestead doughnuts, specialty juices, cereals, pastries, oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt, Applewood smoked bacon, blueberry sausage, scrambled eggs, French toast and daily specials. Our buffet also includes a gluten-free station and for guests with other food allergies, our chefs are happy to prepare something to fit your dietary needs.
Advance reservations for dinner are strongly recommended.

Payment for all resort charges, such as dining, shop purchases and activity fees, will be to your guest room folio or credit card. The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa's restaurants, bars, retail shops and amenities will no longer accept cash.
