If your tour is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, we will make every attempt to contact you ahead of time. If we call you within 24 hours you will receive a full refund or have the opportunity to reschedule. However, this 24-hour notice may not always be possible due to the unpredictable nature of the weather. If we cancel your tour within the 24-hour period we will reschedule you for a later date.
You are required to arrive promptly at your scheduled start time. You will not be given a refund or a gift certificate if you are late for your tour, and you will not be able to join the tour if you are late. The tour will leave at the scheduled time whether the whole group is there or not.
