In celebration of the holiday season, each Omni property is offering its own twist on classic hot cocoa paired with holiday cookies. Inspired by traditional Spanish dessert Crema Catalana, a variation of Crème Brulée from the Catalan region of Spain, the Frozen White Hot Chocolate is an icy twist on the traditional ‘hot chocolate’ - a white chocolate icy blend perfect for poolside sips in the desert sunshine. This innovation will dazzle the taste buds with a melody of iconic flavors as milk is first steeped overnight with orange zest, lemon zest, and cinnamon stick, then carefully poured over white chocolate for a rich and flavorful base blended with ice.

Finishing touches include an irresistible topping of orange blossom whipped cream, infused with Valencia orange zest from Omni Montelucia’s ‘Citrus Path,’ complete with a house made cinnamon dusted churro. Sip on our seasonal Omni Cocoa Express creation limited time!
