COVID-19: Modifications to Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia Operations

As a valued guest of Omni Hotels & Resorts, we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us as your hospitality brand of choice. Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our guests and associates.
With that, we wanted to inform you of our actions and temporary limited service in response to COVID-19, which we’ve outlined below. For your convenience, we will update this page with new and relevant info as it becomes available.
ACTIONS
DURING YOUR STAY:
Rest assured our standard cleaning routines are very thorough; however, during this time, we have increased our efforts throughout each hotel and resort. These actions include, but are not limited to, cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces and frequently touched items in guest rooms and throughout the public spaces of each hotel. We’re providing hand sanitizer stations at front desks, on meeting room levels and in restaurants. We are also ensuring our associates have disposable wipes with them at all times to clean commonly used surfaces like elevator buttons. It’s also important to note that our cleaning materials and supplies meet or exceed industry standards. The focus on cleanliness and sanitation is imperative to our daily operation and has always been a top priority for our properties. These additional measures will work to help ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for our guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY & BOOKING FLEXIBILITY:
We understand flexibility is key during uncertain times and that’s why we’re adjusting our cancellation policies. For reservations with stay dates through April 30, 2020, we are waiving cancellation fees for existing and new individual reservations at all Omni Hotels & Resorts’ properties. In this very fluid environment, we continue to monitor the situation and will revisit this policy as needed. For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (i.e., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please contact them directly. We have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions.
TEMPORARY LIMITED SERVICE / REVISED HOURS OF OPERATION
HOUSEKEEPING:
Turndown Service is currently suspended, and Housekeeping Stayover Service will only be offered on the third night of your stay, or upon request. However, should you need additional amenities, our team of service professionals will happily assist.
RESORT POOLS:
Kasbah Pool will remain open at this time. Oasis & Joya Spa Pool are closed until further notice.
DINING:
Due to the order from the Governor issuing dine-in restaurants and bars to close, we are adjusting dining options on-site. Moving forward, food and beverage takeout will be available at Crave Café; call in orders at 480-627-3200 ext. 3005 or place your order at the host stand from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
All other restaurants and bars, including in-room dining and poolside dining, at Omni Montelucia that are not named above will be temporarily closed until further notice.
JOYA SPA & SALON:
Closed until further notice based on CDC recommendation.
JOYA FITNESS CENTER:
Closed until further notice based on CDC recommendation
